Despite not having my room ready even after confirming my check-in over the phone, the hotel impressed with its spacious 5-bedroom accommodation and all the necessary facilities. However, the service was disappointing as the staff was rude and unhelpful when I wanted to cancel my reservation. On the bright side, its location is excellent, being very near the bustling market area and the posh district of Police Bazar. The dining experience, though presenting Neapolitan pizza, was lacking. The facilities were adequate, but there were some hits and misses in overall value for money.
